What if I want to return or exchange my order?

We want you to love what you ordered. If there’s an issue with your delivery, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof and photos. Once approved, we can offer a refund (item cost only), store credit, or an exchange depending on eligibility.

Please note:

• The item must be returned in its original condition.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Exchanges may be subject to availability.

Exchanges are not always offered, depending on the product. If you need help, just message our support team and we’ll guide you.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot change the delivery address. If there’s an urgent change needed, please contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to assist, but we can’t guarantee updates after the order has been confirmed.

How long does Delivery take?

Delivery time starts after dispatch, not from the moment you place the order. Typically, dispatch happens quickly, and delivery takes approximately 5–7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is on its way.
